    Robots or loads can be directly mounted on the unit body. There is no need for users to design external guide rails or prepare components by themselves, thus helping to shorten equipment startup time.

    One Robot Controller Can Control a Robot + Up to Two Axes of Accessories

     
    The Robot Controller MRC01 and Robot Controller Unit MRCU Series can not only control robots but also up to two axes of accessories equipped with the AZ Series.
     
    For example, a small robot OVR + an electric gripper EH Series + an electric lifting unit can be used in combination, and the whole system can be controlled by a single robot controller. In addition, for SCARA robots, the lifting axis can also be included in the robot's control objects. Therefore, one robot controller can control one SCARA robot + one electric lifting unit + up to two more axes of accessories equipped with the AZ Series.

    Excellent load capacity for allowable moment of inertia is achieved through the use of a high-rigidity ball screw. The maximum allowable moment of inertia load is 80N·m, making it ideal for combination with SCARA robots.
